Yin Lounge is a 60-minute, jazz-club-inspired yoga experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and settle back into your body.
Set in an intimate, low-lit space, this practice blends yin yoga and gentle yoga nidra, guided at an unhurried pace with curated music, intentional pauses, and space to simply feel. There is nothing to perform and nothing to fix only an invitation to rest, release, and receive.
Created as a seasonal ritual to welcome the spring equinox, Yin Lounge offers a moment to transition with care, letting go of winter’s weight while grounding into renewal.
